GreenStar Building Automation System at Transgrid – 31 Ultimo Road Haymarket
Located in Haymarket, Sydney this new office building will transform an existing sub-station into a bustling nine level commercial office building. The building is approximately 14,000m2 and is targeting Green Star Office v3 Design. Alltech Services is entrusted with the design and installation of Building Automation, Energy Monitoring & Mechanical Elecitrcal & Switchboards.
Energy Management System – Jewish Care, Bondi
The new building will be the new home for Jewish Care and the focal point for the community at Saber St. Bondi Junction. The control for the air conditioning and car park carbon monoxide system are part of the controls installed by Alltech Services. The building has installed a NABERS compliant energy management system to measure and report on total building energy, gas and water.
It burnt down in 2006 – so it was only fitting that the newly rebuilt St Barnabas Church on Broadway re-opened in 2012 and boasts a new modern looking church and a state of the art air conditioning plant controlled by a BACnet BMS system designed installed and maintained by Alltech Services.
“Barneys” is the first major new church building in Sydney in 100 years.
