Building Automation System – St Barnabas Church, Broadway
It burnt down in 2006 – so it was only fitting that the newly rebuilt St Barnabas Church on Broadway re-opened in 2012 and boasts a new modern looking church and a state of the art air conditioning plant controlled by a BACnet BMS system designed installed and maintained by Alltech Services.
“Barneys” is the first major new church building in Sydney in 100 years.
The Bunnings warehouse at Balgowlah tight construction schedule was achieved with careful planning and delivery of switchboards, electrical services and BACnet BMS system designed and installed by Alltech Services. The automation system integrated with fire indicator, car park carbon monoxide monitoring and ventilation such as the macro air fans on the shop floor.

Central to the Sydney CBD, is this mixed use commercial and residential apartment building. Alltech Services was commissioned to supply and install the mechanical services control systems, switchboards, car park monitoring, stair pressure control, smoke exhaust control & air conditioning controls. The fast paced project was completed in December 2010.
The Heritage listed building in the heart of Sydney CBD financial district is currently under a full refurbishment and includes an upgrade of the Building Controls System. Alltech Services has been entrusted with the design & installation of the KNX technology which controls the HVAC system. The system includes extensive power metering and controls compliant with Greenstar office fit out.
The Lands and Environment Heritage listed building in the Sydney CBD was upgraded in 2007. The HVAC controls upgrade included 94 air handlers with BACnet technology to control the climate and maintain Energy efficiency. The challenge was to work in the building and extensively upgrade the controls while maintaining the heritage nature of the building, all the while the building was occupied with staff.

The Coles Myer distribution center at Eastern Creek, NSW was completed in 2006. Alltech Services was approached to install the electrical services as the works was difficult and extensive due to the sheer size of the building The building included multi level office plan and a distribution warehouse which had a roof height of over 15m. The challenge was to get the controls and mechanical services power distribution installed within a tight time frame.
